How to Achieve the Best Sleep of Your Life!

Hey guys!
Hope everyone is having a fantastic day! The first year I went to sleepaway camp, I couldn't fall asleep for the life of me! Then, I used these tips and was able to fall asleep much faster. The first thing to do is make sure something to eat and something to drink easily accessible. This way you can cross the basic needs off of your list. My next piece of advice is to read a book or watch a show so you can relax. If you like background noise, leave the tv on as you fall asleep. Something else that might help is to just reassure yourself that as long as you are resting, you will be fine. That's all! Sorry this post was a bit shorter.
