Hey, Y'all!

Hope the holiday season is treating you well! As you may know, Hanukkah is over, and it's almost Christmas! In my family, we write thank you cards for the presents we receive for Christmas. So, I decided to do a tutorial on how to write a thoughtful thank you note, which I find to be very useful and I hope you will too!

Step 1: "Dear .....," This I how I've always started my cards and I think it works well no matter who you are addressing. It's a classic!

Step 2: "Thank you so much for the ....." Of course, this is a flexible sentence, but I think it has good bones. It's a get to the point way of saying thanks! (the whole point of the card)

Step 3: Next, I would follow up with "I loved using it to...." or "I can't wait to ......" This shows your appreciation and makes the giver feel great!

Step 4: I like to continue with personal details and make the card less of a fill in the blank, so I'll leave this one up to you!

Step 5: Finally, finish it off with a "love, ..." or another greeting. My brother likes, "Cheers!"

I am so fortunate to receive gifts, and I hope that this DIY guide serves you well!

Xx, Maddison
