DIY Halloween Party!

Hi guys!

So I hope your school year is going great so far! And I know Halloween is just around the corner! Already, can you believe it?!

And to have tons of fun this year, its a great idea to throw a Halloween party! And to make it super affordable, and fun, you can DIY all of it!

I'll tell you some great tips, tricks,food,and decor ideas!

Lets get onto it!......

Some yummy food ideas....

Rice Krispy Pumpkins-

So first make some rice crispy mixture, and add some orange food coloring. Let the mixture cool down, but not too much, because then it will be very hard to shape into pumpkins! So then take the mixture and roll it in your hands, which I recommend spraying your hands with some cooking spray beforehand. Afterwards, just cut some tootsie rolls for the stem and enjoy!

Healthy Tangerine Pumpkins-

This one is super simple! Just peel a tangerine, and stick a small piece of celery in the hole of the tangerine for the stem! Its super yummy and healthy as well!

Banana Ghosts-

This one is also healthy and great if you like bananas!

Take half of a banana and stick 3 chocolate chips near the top for a face - 2 eyes and a mouth. It is super cute and yummy!

Candy Corn Fraps-

These are super yummy and great for any day! First mix up some ice cream, milk, ice, and any fruits or mix ins. Then separate them into three separate batches and dye them orange, yellow, and leave one white. Then pour into a cup a layer at a time, and add some whipped cream onto, and enjoy a cold refreshing drink!

Some cute decor ideas......

Beaker Drinking Glasses-

Its really cute to have halloween themed drink glasses! So if you are with younger kids, paper cups are the way to go, but if your friends are older, it is really cute to have beakers and chemistry viles as drinking cups! you can buy them at any craft store, and just clean them and pour in any colorful drink, to have an edible potion!

Pumpkins -

I know that this is classic, but now there are so many ways to decorate them, not just by carving, and you can also buy reusable plastic ones for decor!

Milk Jug Ghosts-

These are so cute!!! And not to mention affordable, so if you buy your milk, water, or juice in these plastic jugs, these are perfect for you!

Just draw a ghost face on them, and add in some fairy lights, or any plastic lights!

Vampire Teeth Napkin Holders-

These are also adorable, especially if you are having gets over for dinner at your party! Just take some plastic Vampire teeth, you can buy theses super cheap on oriental trading, and string the napkin through the roof of the inserts.

Activity/ Party Favor Ideas.....

Some classic activities include...

-A scavenger hunt

-Donut Chomp

-Pumpkin decorating/carving

-Piñata

-Pin the Skeloton's head

-Bean Bag toss

These are all super fun, simple, classic, and DIY-able!

Some awesome Party Favors......

Slime-

This is super in and easy! Just make some regular slime by mixing some glue, shaving foam, and borax( the vanities are endless), and dye them some spooky colors, add beads, etc..., and put into some cheap containers!

Vampire Teeth-

Like I mentioned before, these are super cheap on many websites, like Oriental Trading, and kids love them!

Candy-

This is such a classic, and everyone loves it!!!
