Thai Rolled Ice Cream! Can you DIY It?!

Hi Guys!

I hope you had an amazing summer, and now are having an amazing school year!

When I was on my trip I got to try so many cool food crazes, including Thai Rolled Ice Cream! It was so delicious and I really wanted to make it when I got home!

I found this super easy and tasty recipe, and I would love to share it with you guys!

Ingredients:

1 cup (240ml) of cream

1/2 cup of condensed milk (150 grams)

Any fruit or sweet biscuits, spreads (like Nutella), or anything you'd like!

Flat baking tray

Flat Spatula

Instructions:

Pour cream and condensed milk in and any toppings

Chop and mix them together with two flat spatulas

Spread evenly in the baking tray

Put it in the freezer evenly, so it all stay in one nice even layer for around a minimum of 5 hours, it is better overnight

Next prepare this right before you want to eat, because it will start to melt

Take a pretty narrow spatula and push gently to make the roll; sometimes it helps if you kind of push it with your hands to get it moving, or if it gets stuck

Use tongs to help place the rolls in a bowl, and enjoy!
