Hi guys!
I hope your week has been fantastic so far!
Even though stamps come in all shapes and sizes, it can be so hard and even impossible to find one in a specific design! Now, these aren't the little ones kids play with, they are great to get the same shape or design over and over again and I bet you that you can definitely find a use for one of these!

If you are young or unsure, please ask for adult supervision or help when working with sharp objects!
Materials:
Potato
Small Knife
Paper
Pencil
Scissors
Paper Towel
Acrylic paint
Steps:
Cut a relatively big sized potato in half. Dab it with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Take a piece of paper and draw your design. I personally like to fold the paper in half and draw half of the design so it is even. Then cut it out.
Then, take half of your potato and place the paper template on it. Carefully take a knife and trace around the design first and then cut deeper, but make sure not to go too deep!
Remove the paper and then hold the potato as if if you would cut potato slices and make a relatively thin cut all around, but DO NOT cut all the way through, just around the design, and remove the excess.
Clean up the edges and once again, dry it off with paper towel. Then take the acrylic paint of your choice and apply it on to the stamp with a paint brush.
Then use it as a usual stamp! It is great for a cloth print, scrap booking, or anything!
I hope you enjoy making and creating awesome things with this DIY! I tried it out for myself, and I think that it is absolutley great, but the only downside is that the stamps go bad after a day or so.
I hope you try this out, and if you do like and comment about how it turned out!
